What is the Ethical Conduct Guideline?
This guideline is established to promote a sound financial order and ensure the integrity of all executives and employees. Its purpose is to define the ethical code of conduct and specify the detailed standards necessary for its effective implementation.

    Refers to any individual, corporation, or organization whose rights or interests may be affected by the actions or decisions of employees in connection with their duties.(Including customers, partner companies, contracted entities, and their employees)

  • Public Official, etc.

    Refers to public officials or individuals engaged in public duties as defined in Article 2 of the Act on the Prohibition of Improper Solicitation and Graft.

  • Persons Performing Public Duties

    『Refers to individuals who fall under any of the categories listed in Article 11(1) of the Act on the Prohibition of Improper Solicitation and Graft.

  • Gift

    Refers to goods, securities, accommodation vouchers, membership passes, admission tickets, or any similar items provided without consideration (including cases where the consideration is significantly lower than the market price or customary transaction value).

  • Entertainment

    Refers to hospitality such as meals or golf, or the provision of conveniences such as transportation or lodging, including any similar benefits.
